Ian, thank you very much for reviewing Rodelle's Pure Vanilla Extract.
It is our most popular vanilla and available in traditional retail stores throughout the U.S.

Regarding origin, the extract you sampled is 100% pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla. In fact, a portion of Rodelle's profits go toward supporting farmer livelihood and biodiversity in Madagascar.

Regarding sugar, we use pure cane sugar when many brands in traditional retail stores use high fructose corn syrup. Rodelle's Organic Pure Vanilla Extract is unsweetened for those who prefer the extracts without sweetener.

We appreciate your interest in vanilla and the community that you've created around your blog. Thank you again for reviewing Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract.
