While most Tahiti grown vanilla goes through a central curer like Jean Chan, these guys do it a bit different and are winning big awards.

Our beans are about six weeks into curing – we have some nice 22cm ones as well as some good B length.
It sounds like Broken Nose Vanilla’s Australian vanilla beans will soon be available.
